  • 50 ml Bambarra Silver

  • 25 ml freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 20 ml simple syrup

  • Top with soda water

Golden Libre

Rum: Bambarra Gold (2-year aged)

  • 50 ml Bambarra Gold

  • 100 ml cola

  • 10 ml fresh lime juice

  • Garnish with a lime wedge

Reserve Old-Style

Rum: Bambarra Reserve (8-year)

  • 60 ml Bambarra Reserve

  • 10 ml maple syrup

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1 tsp brown sugar syrup
