Rum: Bambarra Silver (2-year white)
50 ml Bambarra Silver
25 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
20 ml simple syrup
Top with soda water
Garnish with a lime wheel & mint sprig

Rum: Bambarra Gold (2-year aged)
50 ml Bambarra Gold
100 ml cola
10 ml fresh lime juice
Garnish with a lime wedge
Reserve Old-Style
Rum: Bambarra Reserve (8-year)
60 ml Bambarra Reserve
10 ml maple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube

15 ml fresh lime juice
